Seasoning helps to improve the non-stick properties and durability of the coating. To season, lightly coat the interior surface with cooking oil, heat it on low to medium heat for a few minutes, and then wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel.
Use the right utensils: To avoid damaging the non-stick coating, use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils while cooking in a non-stick kadhai. Avoid using metal utensils, as they can scratch the coating.
Cooking temperature: Non-stick kadhai heats up faster than traditional stainless steel cookware, so it's recommended to use low to medium heat settings while cooking. High heat can damage the non-stick coating.
