I wanted to share my positive experience with practicing Pranayama for thyroid health. I've been dealing with thyroid issues for a while, and I've found that incorporating Pranayama into my daily routine has made a significant difference.
Pranayama is a set of yogic breathing exercises that can help balance the thyroid gland. One of my favorites is the "Ujjayi Breath," also known as the "Ocean Breath." It involves deep, controlled breathing through the nose, which can calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
